Amy Frazier

Amy joined the George Gray Agency in June 2016. Amy is a 1998 graduate of Cleveland High School and received an Associates Degree in Business in 2001. She is a native of Cleveland. Amy has spent her adult life serving residents of Cleveland. Amy is extremely active in giving back to her community. Amy enjoys Tennessee Football, spending time on the river with friends and family, and traveling. She has been a tremendous asset to our agency and has built a strong relationships with hundreds of the families we serve.

Sandi Grillo-Foster

Sandi joined our team in 2019 and has been a licensed agent for 15 years. Sandi takes pride in digging deep with her customers and helping them find the right solutions to their coverage needs. She is the mother of two sons.

Tosha Rehman

Tosha began her Allstate career in 2003 in Harrison, Tennessee. She brings a wealth of insurance knowledge to customers. Her kind and compassionate demeanor makes her a favorite among Allstate's loyal and new customers alike. Tosha is married to her Rob and is a huge cat lover.

Bailey Gray

Bailey joined our team in January 2020. She is a Cleveland native and a 2014 graduate of Bradley Central High School. Bailey has a daughter, Sophia, and loves spending time with her. Bailey also loves theater and dance. She was named our operations Manager in January 2026 where she leads a team of 9 associates in two agencies.

Roxie Trovato

Roxie joined our team in November 2022, after spending seven years serving the public in retail. She brings incredible people skills into our agency and has been successful in her goal of building relationships and helping families. Roxie has become a Top Producer among all Tennessee agents. Her passion and energy have been contagious for her colleagues. Roxie is married with two children. She serves the community through her work as a tennis and basketball coach at Tennessee Christian Preparatory School. She is a sports enthusiast and is a member of the United States Tennis Association. Roxie attended Limestone University where she played NCAA Division II basketball and received a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education. Roxie was inducted into the Fannin County (GA) Sports Hall of Fame in 2019.

Amy spent several years in an Allstate agency previously and has a deep knowledge that helps her serve customers in an exceptional way. Amy has two daughters and a granddaughter,

Nathan Bice

Nathan joined the agency in August 2025. After teaching Middle School for one year, he decided to make Insurance his new career. Nathan was born in Fort Worth, TX, grew up in Western Kentucky, eventually moving to South Florida after marrying his wife, Natalie. The couple has three children and enjoys spending family time together. Nathan enjoys being outside and taking part in recreational activities. He is a fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Brandy Latham

Brandy brought a strong insurance background into our agency in December 2025. She has maintained her insurance license for many years and loves serving families in our community. She is known for her attention to detail and dependability. Brandy has been married to her husband Steve for over 25 years. The love their four cats and enjoy traveling as much as possible.
